7. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except when an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required. Your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider may charge currency-conversion, international-transaction, or other processing fees. MyMeylora does not control these fees.

8. Taxes, Customs, and Import Charges

Customers are responsible for applicable sales tax, use tax, value-added tax, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar government-imposed charges unless those amounts are expressly included during checkout.

For international orders, customs or import charges may be collected by the shipping carrier or local government before delivery. MyMeylora does not control customs processing times or fees imposed by government authorities.

Refusing an international shipment because of customs charges does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund. Any refund will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, gifts, and limited-time offers may be subject to additional terms displayed with the offer. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined, discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases, promotions have no cash value, free gifts cannot be redeemed for cash, offers may be limited by product, customer, location, quantity, or timeframe, promotional products are available only while supplies last, and a customer may be limited to one use of a promotion.

We may cancel, correct, or restrict a promotion affected by an obvious mistake, technical problem, unauthorized distribution, misuse, or fraud. Discounted products remain subject to our Return and Refund Policy unless clearly marked Final Sale before purchase.

10. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the selected products. An order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily confirm that the order has been accepted, fulfilled, or shipped.

We may verify payment, inventory availability, shipping information, billing information, and order details before accepting an order.

We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, billing or shipping information appears incomplete or inaccurate, the order appears fraudulent or unauthorized, a pricing or product-description error occurred, purchase limits were exceeded, the order appears intended for unauthorized resale, we cannot lawfully or reasonably ship to the destination, or the customer has previously engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

11. Billing and Payment

You authorize MyMeylora and its payment processors to charge the payment method selected during checkout for the full amount of your order.

You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, that the billing information you provide is accurate, that sufficient funds or credit are available for the purchase, and that you will not knowingly submit an unauthorized or fraudulent payment.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their handling of your information may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not guarantee that every payment method will remain available at all times.

12. Subscriptions

MyMeylora offers recurring subscription programs including the Lash Refill Subscription and standard product subscriptions. Subscription-specific terms, including billing frequency, skip and cancel policies, refund policies, and other details, are governed by the MyMeylora Subscription Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

By enrolling in any subscription program, you agree to be bound by the MyMeylora Subscription Terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

13. Personal Use and Resale

Products sold through the website are intended primarily for personal use. You may not purchase products for unauthorized commercial resale, marketplace resale, distribution, export, or other commercial activity without our prior written permission.

We may limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders that appear to have been placed by unauthorized resellers, distributors, automated purchasing systems, or other commercial buyers.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes displayed on the website are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete address information, high order volume, transportation disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address before submitting an order. Contact support@mymeylora.com as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted or processed.

When an order cannot be shipped within the stated or legally required timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law. Shipping estimates do not include delays caused by the customer, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Delivery Confirmation and Missing Packages

An order may be considered delivered when the shipping carrier records it as delivered to the address provided during checkout. Customers should inspect entrances, mailrooms, parcel lockers, reception areas, and other safe-delivery locations before reporting a package missing. Customers should also confirm the delivery address and contact the shipping carrier when appropriate.

Contact support@mymeylora.com promptly if tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located. We will review available tracking information and may assist with a carrier investigation. The outcome of any replacement or refund request will depend on the circumstances, available evidence, our policies, and applicable law.

16. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. The Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

17. Exchanges

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MyMeylora does not process direct product exchanges. Customers seeking a different size, color, or style should request a return for the original product and place a separate order for the preferred option. Product availability and promotional pricing cannot be guaranteed while a return is being processed.

18. Intellectual Property

The website and its contents are owned by or licensed to MyMeylora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Protected materials may include the MyMeylora name and branding, logos, product names, photographs, videos, advertisements, graphics, product descriptions, written website content, icons, software, page layouts, and website designs.

You may access and use the website only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without prior written permission from MyMeylora, you may not copy or reproduce website content, modify or create derivative works, publish or distribute our content, scrape or automatically extract website data, sell or commercially exploit website content, use our photographs or advertisements, use our trademarks in a misleading or unauthorized manner, or remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.

Your use of the website does not transfer ownership of any MyMeylora intellectual property to you.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the instructions included in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or account-related messages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, violations of non-waivable consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

This section does not require you to indemnify MyMeylora for claims resulting from MyMeylora's own unlawful conduct.

We may suspend or terminate your access when we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, used the website fraudulently, created a security risk, created a legal risk, or abused our policies or services.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written permission from MyMeylora. MyMeylora may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, an acquisition, a corporate restructuring, a sale of assets, a reorganization, or a transfer of the MyMeylora business. Any assignment will remain subject to applicable law.

34. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Terms, and any other policy expressly referenced on the website, constitute the complete agreement between you and MyMeylora concerning your use of the website and services. These Terms replace prior communications or agreements concerning the same subject matter.

35. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements through which MyMeylora provides services will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
